ILSC is accepted by the U.S. Military, the Federal Aviation Administration and aerospace contractors as the contractor of choice to manufacture and repair electronics modules including avionics processors, low-voltage power supplies, nuclear event detectors, cable testers, batteries, core memory modules and flight data recorders.

Our 30 years of manufacturing and repair experience assures cost effective support of fielded systems. Our personnel perform to the highest quality levels including J-STD-001 Soldering and IPC-610 workmanship on over 300 different modules and LRU’s. Our Quality Management System is approved to ISO 9001:2008 w/ AS9100:2004 Rev. C and AS9110:2003.

IILSC: Solving DMSMS Issues in Military Electronics Modules, Shop Replaceable Units & Line Replaceable Units

The DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage) and degrading reliability issues associated with legacy military electronics are getting more significant as each year a weapons system remains fielded. Continuing erosion of the Department of Defense budget is forcing the use of weapons systems beyond their designed useful life. There is an increasing number of companies exiting the military electronics logistics support and manufacturing business sector. This results in diminishing sources for repairs, upgrades and spares. Service Life Extension Programs are rising because of aging weapons systems.

The Defense Logistics Agency and other services' Logistics Support Organizations have thousands of requirements that have not been filled due to DMSMS issues.
